The Progress of an isolated land

Did you know that Africa is on it's way out of poverty?

This article from a non-profit research organization, talks about the progress Africa has made for the past years. Around the world poverty has decreased unlike Africa poverty is still very high.About 40% of people living in sub-Saharan Africa live in absolute poverty. Earning in average 1.50 a day which isn't enough to survive under the necessary needs like food, clean water, clothing, and shelter.

Some African countries are very poor, but others are wealthier from natural resources like oli . An increase in indepedence like a government democracy which is proven to decrease poverty. These things are slowly developing across the continents of Africa.

Over the last 60 years, some progress has been made in reducing poverty. Many countries have seen a positive effect in health, education and living standards as their economies grow. I think Africa will continue to grow. One day I believe they will more developed and be similar to America.
