Ancient city- London

Like I wrote in the title, London used to be a ancient city. Do you really know about London? I find some interesting information. 

          London is the capital of England, and it is also a city which is known by all over the world. It is very popular in the world. it has been a major settlement for over two thousand of years. It was founded by Romans, and Romans named it Londinium. 
          London is definitely a global city. It is the center of education, economic, politics, healthcare, and social devices. London has the fifth or sixth largest metropolitan area GDP in the world. It is the city which is the most visited in the world. 

          The administration of London has two tiers. In the whole city, there is a strategic tier and a local tier. The administration of the whole city is controlled by GLA, while local administration carried out by 33 smaller authorities. "The GLA consists of two elected components; the Mayor of London, who has executive powers, and the London Assembly, which scrutinizes the mayor's decisions and can accept or reject the mayor's budget proposals each year." 
          London has a oceanic climate. Although it has been known as rainy city, its precipitation is still less than many other European cites. 
          There are also many religions in London. Based on the religion survey, the religion with most people is Christianity which is 48.4% . No religions are 20.7%. Muslims are 12.4%, and there are some other religions such as Hindu, Buddhism and so on.
