What comics has brought us?

• My research question connected to essential question (How do movies and media’s portrayal of females after their views of themselves in society?): How have DC & Marvel comics reflected and affected society?
• Brief paragraph on why you’re interested in this topic: People are really interested to these comics. These comics are special because they are all about the heroes. They all have something that common people could not do. Even though all the people knew that the stories were made up, however, they still mean a lot to people. Some people spend hours and hours on those heroic fantasies. I want to find out why do people do that since 1930s ? Why don’t people get bored while more and more heroes coming out? When the first superhero came out, how people thought about “him”? How the society was changed by those comics? I want to find out what people are missing in their heart and how superheroes fill the blanks.
