Effects by Gaza War
The article, "School bells are ringing in Israel, with mixed emotions" shows that schools in Israel started and children returned to school with relief and tiredness after a summer of war. Though the war has ended, the pain last in people's heart. More than 2,000 people died in this war, economy and society was also damaged. School funding had to be cut to pay for the war. People especially children were effected mentally, for example, a mother said finding a place to escape while noticing any sign of war now becomes a part of her children's life.

I feel that war hit people not only physically but also mentally. People were scared during the war: families were separated, homes were destroyed and they were the one who pay for the damage of the war. They are innocent, but they have to bear the pain. War is not the only way to solve problem, so why do we choose the way which the loss outweighs the gain?
What do you think government should do about this? What is the best way to solve it?

I agree with you. I also think wars also take money to recover. People suffer from these may be living with pain for a long time. The results are meaningless rather than the war.
ReplyDeleteGreat article!. It is sad to know that even children who are still naive and innocent are getting affected. I think government should help the people recover and restore some damages that is made by the war so that everything will be back to normal and the fear inside the people will fade away. Until they suddenly forget about what happened.
ReplyDeleteHope the war end soon and the best wish for the people that live in Gaza.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely agree with this post ,especially about kids lives after the war , it's really hard to live with that print of fear. Mentally it's really hard ,but through the 'storm ' you learn how to value simple privileges .
