The countries that are poor

Is the entire African Continent poor?
Most think that Africa  is poor what people don't understand is that only only a few country in Africa are actually poor. You should not infer that the Continent is poor if only a few parts are. Unfortunetly many think this way.  Here you will see that Africa has some rich countries. In the article "10 Richest Countries of Africa" it states that the fastest  growing country is Ghana. Although the richest is South Africa.

Africa is changing fast. Just in the last decade, its economy has expanded by over 50 percent. "Africa’s economic performance, in fact, has exceeded the world average in most years since the mid-1990s ". Africa has an averaged 4.7 percent growth per year.  "The Economist’s Africa Rising edition in December 2011 noted that, over the past decade, six of the world's ten fastest-growing countries were African. "  This shows that Ghana is growing rapidly and is not  poor like some people think.
